Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead store staff in absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and help build customer loyalty through excellent service.

The role includes supervising the crew, handling customer questions, and ensuring merchandising, stock, and display standards are met. Competitive pay and benefits are available for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and urgent store issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure accurate merchandising and stock management.
• Reset departments following planograms and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
