Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact and training crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Maintain store upkeep and housekeeping.
