Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Part-time Shift Supervisor in Winston-Salem, NC to support store management, lead the team during shifts, and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed with a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Retail supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are not on site.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and resolve issues in line with policy.
• Maintain stock and merchandise presentation.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
