CVS Health in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive customer service excellence, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures. You will lead staff in the absence of the manager and help maintain daily operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a strong commitment to customer care. You will assist with merchandising, pricing, stock, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when manager/Operations Supervisor is unavailable.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise staff and assign/direc t activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and secure handling of information.
• Merchandise, price and stock shelves; manage displays and weekly promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
