Job summary

CVS Health in Wilson, NC is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and uphold CVS customer service standards during shifts when managers are not onsite.

You will supervise the crew, assist customers, stock and merchandise, and help open/close procedures while maintaining confidentiality and safety. This role offers competitive pay and benefits with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in collaboration with store management.

• Assist customers and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain merchandising standards: price, stock, and display across departments.
• Ensure confidentiality and safety in all customer interactions.
• Lead opening and closing procedures when managers are unavailable.
