Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Auburn, AL to open and close the store, manage the cash register, and assist customers with sales. This role supports promotions, inventories, and in-store orders, with a focus on delivering friendly service and accurate cash handling.

• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.

• Able to perform basic math functions.

• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards.
• Receive and place new shipments.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled.
• Prepare cash bank at opening and nightly deposits at closing.
• Complete opening or closing checklist for every shift.
