Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Part-Time Store Environment Team Member in Fort Myers, FL. You will help maintain the store’s appearance and assist customers while contributing to a friendly shopping experience.

You will perform cleaning, stocking, and checkout duties, including BOPIS and SFS processes, with responsibilities that require standing, lifting, and working flexible hours including weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to stand long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find items.
• Assist with checkout, Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Support truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
