Job summary

Kohl's in Virginia Beach is seeking a Part Time Store Cleaning & Operations Associate to keep the store clean and safe while supporting daily operations and a great customer experience.

You will perform cleaning tasks, manage supplies, assist with stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment, greet customers, and complete required training. Flexible hours and weekend shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohls' standards and procedures.
• Use only approved chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor and replenish supplies; rotate and store chemicals properly.
• Complete required training for chemicals, equipment and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and use store tools to communicate with the team.
• Assist operations with receiving, stockroom, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
