Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment focused on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot-clean glass and windows.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and loss-prevention standards.
• Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates.
• Support and participate in store recovery and merchandising standards.
