Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods store in Danvers, MA is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain a clean store environment, operate floor care equipment, and support multiple areas of the store as needed. You will help ensure a safe, organized space and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include floor care, dusting, and spot cleaning, with opportunities to cross-train in different departments. A flexible schedule and strong teamwork are required to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Operate scrubber and buffer to maintain floor cleanliness.
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and spot cleaning glass/windows.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Follow health, safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with management and associates.
• Support Front End coverage and maintain merchandising signage standards.
