Job summary

The Michaels Companies in West Lebanon, NH, is hiring a part-time Environmental Team Member to maintain store cleanliness and assist customers. You will perform cleaning, stocking, and checkout support while following safety guidelines and brand standards.

You will interact with customers and team members in a respectful, positive manner, supporting store operations including rewards program enrollment and omni-channel processes. Nights, weekends, and early shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Collects and disposes of trash according to procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors following procedures; move equipment as needed.
• Assist with stocking, checkout, and omni-channel tasks like BOPIS/SFS as assigned.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain a safe, clean environment.
