Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Charlottesville store, is seeking a part-time Environment Team Member to maintain cleanliness and a welcoming shopping environment. You’ll help customers find products, support checkout, and participate in omni-channel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

Preferred candidates have retail or cleaning experience, are able to stand for long periods, and will follow SOPs and safety guidelines while delivering friendly service in a climate-controlled

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery to support brand promises.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and assist with rewards program enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store) and stocking tasks.
• Support shrink and safety programs and comply with SOPs and company policies.
