Michaels Garner is hiring a part-time Team Member to help keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming for customers. You will assist shoppers, work at the checkout, and support omnichannel tasks like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, adherence to SOPs, and maintaining a safe, tidy environment. Flexible hours include nights and weekends, with opportunities to participate in rewards programs.

Formación

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Lifting heavy boxes and reaching high shelves may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Assist customers at the checkout and support Rewards/BOPIS/SFS programs.
• Stock, unload trucks, and manage planograms (POGs).
• Follow SOPs and company policies; ensure safety and compliance.
