Serv-U-Success in Indiana is seeking a Part-Time Store Representative for day shifts (6:00am-2:00pm or 7:00am-3:00pm). Starting wage $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience, with weekend availability including Sunday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer‑ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in‑store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high‑quality work.
