Job summary

Serv-U-Success is hiring a Store Representative to stock shelves, set displays, and support merchandising and store operations in our Indiana stores. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and collaborate with managers and teammates to meet daily goals.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
