Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate at Legacy West in Plano, TX. You will help customers connect their online and in-store shopping journeys, guide product knowledge, and work with a dynamic team to hit sales goals. The role requires energy, good communication, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and partners inside and outside of the store.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the purchase journey.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain safety and security standards in the store.
