Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and share knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Maintain store merchandising to make shopping easy and add value to the purchase journey.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and communicate inventory needs to the Store Manager.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as needed; boxes weigh 10–30 lbs.
