Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate for Barton Creek Square in Austin, TX. You will help customers connect online and in-store experiences using our tech-enabled shopping tools, working with a dynamic team and Store Manager.

The role emphasizes high energy, strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Expect to contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to socialise with customers, employees and partners in and out of the store.
• Flexibility in work hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with moving, lifting boxes and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Maintain store merchandising to create a clear and inviting shopping experience.
• Hit sales goals and maintain personal sales performance.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Participate in store events, promotions and community activities.
