Lidl US is hiring Store Associates to support all aspects of daily store operations, from checkout to stocking and promotional setups. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will rotate through departments like bakery, produce, and non-food displays, ensuring high presentation standards and accurate pricing while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Training programs are provided to develop skills and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service that makes their trip easy and leaves them excited to shop at Lidl again.
• Seamlessly transition between checkout, stocking, and areas like bakery or produce.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl’s processes and pallet‑to‑shelf stocking.
• Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas to meet quality standards.
• Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers with accurate signage.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately and memorize PLUs.
• Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues professionally.
• Help keep inventory accurate and low stock loss through control measures.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for team and customers.
• Collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks on time for the next shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
