Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers and donors, provide a rewarding shopping and donation experience.
• Operate the POS and handle payments.
• Pricing and staging of donated items and helpful pricing guidance.
• Stock merchandise and maintain displays; keep sales floor clean and organized.
• Engage volunteers and foster teamwork to support store operations.
• Follow store policies and ensure a welcoming environment.
