Job summary

RPM Pizza in Greenwood, IN is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support daily store operations under the General Manager. You will complete Pizza College courses and uphold brand standards while coaching Team Members on performance and teamwork.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for leadership development and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
