Job summary

Coast Property Management in North Bend, WA is looking for a friendly, hands-on Maintenance Technician/Leasing Agent to join our self-storage team. This part-time role focuses on keeping the facility well-maintained and helping customers find the right storage solution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in self-storage facility maintenance and/or leasing preferred.
• General knowledge about building equipment.
• Able to speak to customers and maintain good working relations with team members and contract laborers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with storage unit make-ready procedures.
• Make regular inspections of the grounds and buildings.
• Make repairs or replacements as necessary with Supervisor approval.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with leasing agent role when needed.
