Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage is hiring a part-time Assistant Property Manager in Bellingham. Ideal candidates have retail sales and customer service experience and seek growth within our career path.

Schedule includes Mon, Fri, Sat; up to 24 hours per week; $20/hr with phone stipend, mileage reimbursement, and employee discounts. Responsibilities include touring units, meeting occupancy goals, and handling cash and office tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to manage cash and reconcile petty cash.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service via in person, phone, and web inquiries.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Handle general office tasks and maintain customer accounts.
• Maintain property to West Coast Self-Storage standards.
