Job summary

Carters Inc. is seeking a stock associate to support shipping/receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, and merchandising flow to the sales floor.

You will work with the store team to ensure product availability, accurate pricing, and a clean, organized store while delivering strong customer service. Prior stock/logistics experience and knowledge of retail apparel are helpful in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of stock/logistics experience recommended.
• Retail apparel knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor while assisting with stock activities.
• Organize stockroom and merchandise flow to the sales floor to support replenishment.
• Assist in ensuring product availability through in-stock audits and accurate pricing via markdown checks.
• Support safety, loss prevention, and housekeeping standards across store operations.
• Collaborate with the team to communicate effectively and maintain a neat, presentable store.
