Job summary

This role requires 1-3 years stock/logistics experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays is expected; prior retail knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of stock/logistics experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor.
• Retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor.
• Assist with stocking, replenishment, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Keep stockroom neat, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support store team to ensure timely merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Partner with team on loss prevention and presentation standards.
• Assist with markdowns and price audits.
• Provide professional communication with team and customers.
• Support a positive work environment.
