Job summary

The Sawgrass outlet is seeking a Part Time Stock Associate to support store operations, merchandise flow, and back-of-house processes. You will work with store management and teammates to maintain stock availability, organize stockrooms, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, coordinating replenishment, assisting on the sales floor with POS and CRM tasks, reconciling deposits, and supporting administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in retail back-of-house or operations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfort using POS and CRM systems.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, transfers, and ecommerce merchandise.
• Coordinate logistics and replenishment, and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Support sales floor activities, POS operations, client service, and CRM tasks as needed.
• Reconcile cash, deposits, and credit card terminals.
• Coordinate alterations, manage store supplies, and process vendor invoices.
• Assist with projects and administrative tasks.
