Responsibilities include reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining resident comfort, and ensuring safety during transfers and care procedures. Previous CNA certification is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business material and care plans.

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or serving meals.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily activities as trained.
