Job summary

MENTORHILLS is seeking a part-time STNA (License Required) to provide routine daily nursing care to residents under the guidance of nursing staff. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and protecting resident privacy in a supportive environment.

New attendance incentive and shift differentials apply for 2nd and 3rd shifts, with rates up to $23.50/hour. Training and compliance with facility policies are required to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristband/photo card.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets, notes, and charts with clear entries.
• Protect resident privacy and follow policies to safeguard protected health information.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Transport residents to rooms and assists with transfers and Attend to residents’ daily needs.
