Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee daily stewarding operations at Fair Ketch. You will supervise the stewarding team, assign tasks, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in line with Omni standards.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in a steward environment, calibration of inventory, and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Experience in steward/dishwasher operations.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day stewarding operations during assigned shift.
• Assign daily tasks and supervise stewarding team.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and organization in all stewarding areas.
• Ensure compliance with Omni standards and hotel policies.
• Manage storage, requisitioning of materials, and inventory as required.
• Report breakages, supply usage, and maintenance needs to Executive Steward.
• Assist in setting performance standards and maintaining equipment.
