Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is hiring a part-time server to provide dining service to guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. You will take drink orders, assist in keeping the dining area clean, and ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.

Knowledge of menus and upselling techniques will help enhance the guest experience. Alcohol awareness training is required within 2 months; the role requires flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and/or serving experience of one year.
• Alcohol Awareness Training (Certification within 2 months required).

Responsibilities

• Provide dining service to restaurant guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Take and fill drink orders and assist in maintaining a clean, neat dining area.
• Adhere to Grand Casino cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know venue menus and use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Restock stations with glassware, silverware, beverages, and napkins as needed.
