Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking dining service staff to provide prompt, courteous service of food and beverages in a fast-paced casino dining environment. You will take orders, serve guests, handle cash, and help keep the dining area clean and stocked.

Qualified candidates will have one year of bartending or serving experience and obtain Alcohol Awareness Certification within 2 months. We value teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Alcohol Awareness Certification (within 2 months)
Flexibility to work across multiple food and beverage outlets

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous service of food and beverages to guests in a dining room.
Take and fill drink orders and ensure dining area is clean and well stocked.
Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area and reset tables for new seating.
Know venue menus and upsell items to enhance guest experience.
Restock stations with glassware, silverware, beverages and napkins.
Address guest questions and escalate concerns to management as needed.
Work as part of a team with other casino associates to ensure smooth operation.
