Job summary

- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
- Keep tables clean and reset for new seating per venue standards.
- Know venue menus and upsell items to enhance guest experience.
- Restock stations with glassware, beverages, and supplies.
- Address guest questions and resolve concerns promptly with management.
