Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Boiler room and chiller experience preferred.
• Philadelphia Class A license required; Universal Refrigeration Certification required.
• Experience operating building automation systems and HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance of heating/cooling and ventilation components.
• Operate and maintain mechanical equipment including air handlers, fans, valves and controls.
• Read gauges, meters and charts; adjust controls for safe, efficient operation.
• Respond to emergencies and document maintenance logs.
