Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Florida to lead pharmacy operations in our retail locations. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, mentor team members, and ensure safe, efficient dispensing to patients.

This part-time role requires an active state pharmacist license, an NPI, and commitment to patient care, safety, and compliance with all regulations. You will also help immunize patients and participate in clinical care activities as permitted.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise pharmacy operations while serving as a role model for the team.
• Ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and counsel patients.
• Deliver immunizations and support pharmacists in clinical care programs.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Assist with scheduling and coaching to improve team performance.
