Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs
• Ability to confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: actively help people in a friendly manner
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, listen actively
• Mathematical Reasoning: use math to determine dispensing quantities and supplies
• Issue Resolution: identify challenging interactions and choose best action
• Physical Demands: be mobile, lift, reach, and operate equipment safely
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
