Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Staff Pharmacist at our New Jersey location to lead daily pharmacy operations, provide patient counseling, and support the Pharmacy Manager in delivering safe, high-quality care. The position requires an active license, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to patient outcomes.

You will participate in immunizations, ensure accurate dispensing, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the store's state.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Overseeing pharmacy operations as proxy for Pharmacy Manager when needed.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
• Deliver immunizations and coach pharmacy team on immunization practices.
• Assist with inventory management and cold chain protection.
