Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a retail location in New Jersey to lead the pharmacy team, ensure safe dispensing, immunizations, and patient care, and partner with the Pharmacy Manager to drive pharmacy performance.

You will help deliver high-quality clinical services, coach staff, manage inventory, and uphold safety and regulatory standards across all pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate, pivot tasks, and ensure label accuracy for patient safety.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: assist people with a friendly approach.
