• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on tasks over time and pivot between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner and respond to patient reactions.
• Communication Skills: clear verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: compute prescriptions, days supply, and bottle counts.
• Issue Resolution: handle challenging patient or colleague interactions professionally.
• Physical Demands: be mobile, lift and move items, and perform required physical tasks.
