Advantage Solutions seeks an energetic retail demo associate in Massachusetts to engage customers, present brands live, and drive sales through on-site sampling.

You will support leadership with scheduling, training, and onboarding while helping set up and break down demos. No experience required; training provided and opportunities for growth.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop. In addition, you will support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
