Job summary

Club Demonstration Services in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking an energetic team member to drive sales by engaging customers and delivering live demonstrations and sampling at retail locations. You will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and helping set up or break down demos, including assisting with interviewing and onboarding new teammates.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.

In addition, you will support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
