Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) in San Jose, CA, is hiring for brand ambassador roles to engage customers through live events and product sampling. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the company and flexible hours to fit your schedule.

You will also help with onboarding new team members and assist with leadership tasks as needed. We welcome individuals 18+ who are reliable, customer-focused, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop. In addition, you will support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
