Advantage Solutions, through CDS (Club Demonstration Services), seeks team members to enhance in-store experiences with live events and product sampling. You will engage customers, support leadership tasks, and contribute to smooth event operations.

Training is provided; no prior experience required. Availability 4+ days a week, including Sundays and Mondays, is expected; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean workspace and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also be a good team player.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

In addition, you will support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
