Job summary

Club Demonstration Services in Hazlet, NJ is seeking team members to drive engaging live events and sampling at store locations. You will interact with customers, stock and set up demonstrations, and support with interviewing and onboarding new teammates.

No prior experience required as training is provided; you can work four or more days including Sundays and Mondays, with benefits options and opportunities to grow within the network.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.

In addition, you will support leadership through tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.
