Job summary

The Cabot Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a part-time Sports Site Supervisor to manage youth and adult sports sites, enforce rules, and deliver excellent customer service to participants. The role includes setting up venues, scorekeeping, and ensuring safety and policy compliance at community events.

Applicants should be available to work nights and weekends and have relevant experience or the ability to perform the listed duties effectively. This position is non-exempt and part-time.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Capable of working unsupervised with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lock and unlock facilities for events and keep venues secure.
• Set up gyms and fields for sporting events.
• Assist with planning and implementing community events.
• Perform scorekeeping for sporting events as needed.
• Uphold department policies and city ordinances.
• Oversee site activities and ensure facility safety.
• Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory for events.
• Perform other related duties as required.
