Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sports program.
• Minimum 1 year of officiating adult or competitive youth sports.
• Current CPR, First Aid, blood-borne pathogens, and AED certifications (ability to obtain before start).
• On-site availability for practices, games, tournaments, and other assigned program hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site supervisor for youth and adult programs.
• Assign duties, monitor staff, coordinate with officials and volunteers.
• Train, supervise, and mentor staff; report concerns to Recreation Coordinator.
• Verify registrations and attendance; document changes or discrepancies.
• Answer questions from participants and refer complex matters to the appropriate supervisor.
• Inspect activity areas and equipment; identify hazards and take corrective action.
