You will supervise staff, handle opening/closing, merchandising, inventory, and promotions while learning our management structure under experienced personnel. Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the store.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Recommend products and suggest add-on sales.
• Merchandising and compliance of all company policies.
• Opening and closing of the store.
• Training newly hired associates.
• Directing sales and cashier associates throughout the store.
• Inventory control and enforcement of loss prevention policies.
