A premier home health agency is looking for a Part Time Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist in Richmond, California. The role requires evaluating and treating patients with speech and language disorders while working closely with a Case Manager. In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator, patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team.

To be a success as Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST)

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge and understanding of individual development and human behavior as it relates to the effects of illness/injury; and of the influence of culture on health care.
• Knowledge of state and federal home‑care regulatory guidelines preferred.
• Experience in home health care is highly preferred
• Experience with high acuity patients is a plus
• Experience working with an interdisciplinary team is highly desired

• Prior to scheduling an in‑person interview, all candidates are required to complete a computer literacy and competency assessment. $110,000 - $125,000 a year.

Anticipated wage range: $110,000 - $125,000. Starting pay commensurate with relevant experience. 21st Century offers generous bonus incentive plans, comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) (up to 4% match).
