Job summary

A reputable home health provider in Oakland is seeking a Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide skilled services to assist patients with communication functions, work with an interdisciplinary team, and have a current CA Speech Therapist License. This role offers competitive compensation, including benefits and a bonus incentive program, as well as the ability to set your own schedule. Qualifications

In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator, patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team

To be a success as Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST)

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License

• Knowledge and understanding of individual development and human behavior as it relates to the effects of illness/injury; and of the influence of culture on health care.
• Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines preferred.

$110,000 - $125,000 a year

Anticipated Wage range Speech Therapist: 110,000 - 125,000 Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. 21st Century offers generous bonus incentive plans, comprehensive health benefits and 401k (Up to 4% match)
