Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a compassionate rehabilitation team.

You will evaluate and treat patients with swallowing and communication impairments, develop targeted treatment plans, and provide individualized therapy within a collaborative care environment. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life

Qualifications

Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
Establish treatment goals and develop/implement speech pathology programs based on evaluation.
Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, functional-based treatment sessions.
