Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a team focused on joy, purpose, and growth for seniors. You will evaluate and treat swallowing and communication disorders, collaborating on care plans and delivering individualized therapy.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement speech pathology treatment programs based on clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, function-based treatment.
